The reception, restaurant, and bar staff were super welcoming and efficient. The food was mind-blowing, and such good value for money. The hotel is a little outside the town but an easy walk and the village is jaw-droppingly pretty.

I had a wonderful surprise staying at this hotel. It was the only available option during Easter weekend, with a reasonable price. The location was next to the main road, but my room overlooked a beautiful and peaceful little river. The room was small but updated, with plenty of storage space. The bathroom had a great shower and decent size. The comfortable beds and quiet atmosphere made for a good night's sleep. The breakfast, at a small price, was plentiful and delicious.

Mind-blowing location in a charming village, super spacious rooms with jaw-dropping river views. Free parking, fast Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, picnic area, flat-screen TV, express check-in/out. Kids loved the children's buffet, and we enjoyed playing board games. Pet-friendly with excellent air conditioning. No smoking on site.

Excellent Views: We were lucky enough to be assigned a room with a stunning view of the garden. The sight of the colorful flowers and lush greenery was like stepping into a real-life Monet painting. It truly added a touch of tranquility to our stay.

Road Facing Rooms: Traffic noise disrupted our sleep.

The shower rooms are quite small, making it difficult for larger individuals to move comfortably.

Soaking in the tub felt like being immersed in a warm, bubbly cloud, like having a luxurious spa day in the comfort of my room. It was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring the beautiful Basque countryside.

Limited Wi-Fi Coverage: Though the hotel offers free Wi-Fi, the signal only covers the ground floor. It would have been great to have access to Wi-Fi throughout the entire hotel, especially in the comfort of my room.
